My mom

 My mother, she is not an ordinary woman. Housewife by day, workaholic at night. When I say “workaholic” I am not indicating that she work because she enjoy it. I saw how tough her job is. I felt her rough palms against mine. I know how broken and exhausted she is, I am too. It hurts me to see her having a life like this. 1 day off every 2 weeks, work until midnight, stand beside the hot stove for 7 hours straight. She is going through all the pain just for me. Sometimes, I feel like a burden. If I were given a chance, I would want her to be self-centered. I want her to live her life free. I want her to share not only happiness but also her sorrow and hardships with me.

                        Like I always say, my main goal in life is to provide my mother a better life. I worked hard for it and I am still working on it. The first and the most important step is to do well in university. One thing I regretted is not having a good foundation in English language. Ever since I was young, I never enjoyed reading or writing. I would rather head to the field or start a wrestling fight with my brothers. Silly girl ! But its okay, I am not giving up. I am going to work hard for my grades. Even the world says “give up”, there will be hopes inside me to whisper “try it once more”, don't give up, for the woman who gave you life. I love you, mami ! :)

a belated "sugar cube"...

there is always someone out there who dislike you no matter how hard you try.

in the beginning i thought i could handle it. i tried to ignore it. i act all cool and strong but the truth is i felt really left out. the fact that my used-to-be-best friend is going against me really break my heart.

the thought of her disliking me for no certain reason hurts me.
maybe i really did something wrong but i don't have the courage to confront her.

however, things are different now.  i received a note during the LLDS (AIESEC Seminar) that had change my perspective. His message somehow makes me feel secure. The note he wrote for me totally melt my heart away. 

You gave me the best "sugar cube" ever! Thank you and sorry for giving you the 5 letters. "B.I.T.C.H."HAHA.

i can't say that i'm way stronger now. i can't promise you that even if the world go against me i will still be alright. there will still be times i break down. but at least i know, i am not alone, there will be you.

i pray that this friendship will always remain.
Sometimes i think this is all God's plan. He took several friends away to give me one true friend, an angel that i could count on. i thank God for that.  i thank God for you.

i know i hardly say this kind of cheesy stuff or show how much i love you. but i hope you'll know that when life is hard on you, there will be me right beside you.

Just came back from Global Community Development Program Training.

I'm glad I'm an AIESECer. I gain so much from this organization and the members are like cheerleaders! They are always there to motivate me to do the best in life and to take every opportunities given.  I  look up to them particularly my seniors. I will explore and develop my own potential some day. :)

Didn't manage to go KL this morning. My friend got a food poisoning and have to visit a doc instead. Plan changed and we are going tomorrow. I'm gonna make sure she eats the right food ! HAHA
